Unfair Tax Must Go

Local Lib Dem campaigner Jane Salmon wants East Walworth residents to use their votes on February 12th to send a powerful message to the Government. "We should axe the tax and replace it with a system based on ability to pay", says Jane.
Jane Salmon added:
"There has been a massive response already to the "axe the tax" petition in the recent Southwark Today newspaper. Council tax is an unfair tax that is hurting many people across the East Walworth ward from the Heygate Estate and Walworth Road through to East Street and around Burgess Park."
