Local Lib Dems join St Saviour's Dock clean up

Liberal Democrat Riverside by-election candidate Anood Al-Samerai joined local councillor Nick Stanton and thirty volunteers to clear rubbish from St Saviour's Dock on Sunday.

Commenting, Anood said:

"Along with my Lib Dem colleagues in Riverside, councillors Nick Stanton and Eliza Mann, I'm already working with Simon Hughes MP to ensure that St Saviour's Dock is properly cleaned and maintained.

"The Lib Dems care about our local area. Whether the issue is battling Ken Livingstone and Labour over Potter's Field or cleaning up our environment, I will stand up for local residents."
