We the undersigned, each being a local government elector for the area of the following proposed new Parish Council, in pursuance of the rights conferred upon us by the above act of Parliament hereby request you to undertake a Community Governance Review and to constitute a Parish Council for the neighbourhood of Bermondsey. The Parish Council shall comprise the electoral wards of South Bermondsey, Riverside and Grange as of the 2010 local election boundaries, which currently comprise the Bermondsey Community Council area, as outlined on the attached Southwark Council map, but which is due to be merged with the Rotherhithe Community Council area in May 2012. The new such Parish Council, in the London Borough of Southwark, is to be called Bermondsey Community Council.
